I can't figure this out. Please help!

I just started these g13 haze seeds and the growth is stunted.

I am using:

Dutch buckets (drip) with hydroton started in a peat plug
II've used both ro and deer park water over a two week period to see if either helped out.
Ph is between 5.7 and 5.9 ppm with nutes is around 275 1/4 strength until I see improvement
Run about 20 min every 3 hours.

I'm not a total newbie but this has me stumped. Any help would be appreciated

20 minutes is waaaaaay to long. With that size plant I would hand water a few times a day.

Not really if you didn't say it was stunted I would think you're doing fine by the look of things.

it looks fine. takes a bit for them to get out of the baby stage, esp if seeds are more than a year old. 20 mins is not too long, nor is any amount of time, so long as your water temp is between 60-68f.

looks good to me, leave it and let it grow. patience is the hardest lesson a novice grower must learn.

Thanks for the input. this happened once before and although the there was new growth there was practically no spacing between the nodes. I never figured that one out.
