I have to say though I think I got rescued from the 5Gallon Airpots. Growth has got extreme, I will leave them an extra few days I think. Then space is going to be my reason to flower, I'm running out

Tie them down if you wanna get a little more just the top and gently bend about 90 degrees over. All your lower growth should be level with top cola, then all colas will be a top one. If your going to do that i suggest a few more days to recover before flower. You don't want any stress during flower

If you have any, put some budding additive in the feed, just a tiny bit once and it should stunt the growth for a couple of day's and make them bush out a little bit

I hope u haven't got a height restriction because they already look so big. Add on 50% to the height they are when u switch to 12:12 and that will roughly be the height when finished. The light can stretch from 40 cms down to 70 cms so maybe prune the bottom branches before flowering. You could use the branched to practice making clones.
