Also it's a bit cheaper over here if you can get them to price match


The new gavita is like 750-780W and same price.
2.5umol vs 2.6 so not a huge difference there either.

Edit: my bad it's a diff model.

Ya it was leaps higher in price currently but it’s also hitting numbers other lights can’t right now.
I went with this model because I only have 7ft height to work with so my headspace is a limiting factor for other models

Wow that was super quick. And I cheaped out on the cheapest shipping.

they threw in a free pair of method 7 glasses too!

So far customer service has been great.they gave me a discount and free super expensive glasses.
So I start hanging the fixture and luckily I was holding the unit because the mounting gear they gave me crapped out. The metal wasn’t pinched enough and the cable slipped out.
I’ll be able to fix it but that upset me a little. Could have damaged my brand new light or the plants underneath it
Both gave out not even just one

I would complain. Those cables are terrible for that light. Sad to see because I like HLG.

Honestly I probably should have just contacted them and not even included that photo until they replied but I wanted to warn people

I feel like HLG would want the awareness.
That company has never once demonstrated any instance of trying to conceal any potential issue with their products, that I am aware of.
Quite the opposite from my experiences.
