I feel so stressed out this morning!

I just got out of bed, drinking my morning joe and just feel completely agitated. I'm afraid to fart in case I miss something, I just can't wait for this day to be done. I am still optimistic...hell things can't really get any worse than they did last Friday now can they? So this should be the worst part...waiting for the answer to the 1.3B $ question.

I'm sure it won't be easy an easy answer.

the judge has many issues to decide on so we hope it helps us patients.

Pretty sure it's an injunction till trial date. The judge requested a lot of information yesterday from each party and got them to agree on a date. It's just a matter of when the actual court date is.

I have been working since 3am...couldn't sleep anymore.....I would love this to work out so maybe just maybe I could relax
enough to get a good nights sleep...without the fear of big bro...kicking in the front door...

Stressed out? It's like Christmas morning! I fully expect a decision allowing us to continue the status quo and we can fight the details in SC. I think this is the beginning of the end of prohibition in Canada. By the time this makes its way through the courts, Harper and his collection of fascist clowns will be replaced with a government that respects our rights and freedoms. If things go south in court this morning, I will be very surprised.

Do tell! How do you know they requested info? Decided on date for what...SC trial?

If you goto the vancouver federal court site and read the entries of the case after you look it up there are about 67 entries documenting the case from submission to march 20th.

Does anyone know what time they go before the judge?? The anxiety is driving me crazy can't eat or sleep waiting for this asskicking of the federal gov to be over with.... Hopefully they set a quick Supreme Court date!!!!!

From what I remender the reporter who was tweeting said that the decision might just be released online.
Not sure if they go before judge, but might to answer the questions he asked yesterday.

Judges are appointed by governments. Todays decision wasn't a horrible one for some of us, but for others it wasn't very good and it wasn't even as good as I had hoped for those who will benefit. I have my fingers crossed, but I expect us to get screwed.

Again, an unfortunate reminder (and the Mernagh ruling was fucking terrible also guys, don't forget):

Three of the six justices who ruled against Nadon's appointment were appointed by Harper, as was Moldaver. The remaining three justices who ruled against the appointment were appointed by previous governments.
