I flipped them into flower, WTF happened!

Today is the first day of flower for my Respect OG and yesterday everything was looking beautiful. I am doing ebb and flow flood tables with a 20 gallon res.

Nutrients are GH 3 part series. For veg I had them at:
7.5 ml/g of grow
7.5 ml/g micro
2.5 ml/g bloom

I kept hearing good things about the Lucas formula so for flower when I switched the res I changed it to lucas 8/16.

What the res is at now
PPM .5 conversion - 1035
PH - 5.8
Temp - 65f

The light in there is 1000w MH about 22-24 inches away from the top. Ambient temp is 75f and the leaves read at 68f with an IR gun. relative humidity has been floating from 49-43%. I am using tap water but it is 0 PPM. In veg I had to add some botanicare ca/mg but I thought the lucas formula was supposed to have enough already and this doesn't look exactly the same as the leaf curl last time.

Any thoughts?

That would explain why my Absolute blueberry isn't doing that at all. I always suspected that the respect OG like a weak nute mix but this is my first grow so I don't have anything to compare it to.

This is your problem, When you flip you need to drop your ppm down to 1/2 of what they were veging at for at least the first 7-10 days. Also bring your ph down to 5.5 always and keep it there. And When transitioning from veg to bud you want to give them equal parts of gh flora. But most of all change that res and bring the ppm down to 50% what it was in veg.

Also I've been using the Gh Flora since 1990 and I've played around alot with diferent ratios and I don't feel like the lucas formula is really that good it really depends on the strain some like some don't I find that when working with any new strain that just using equal parts will always keep them healthy and growing well then you can tweek it as you learn the strain.

When I used my IR thermometer on the leaves it only read at 68f. Could they still be getting heat stress when it is that cold?

Also that is interesting advice about dropping ppms to half in the first week of flower. I have never heard that mentioned before is this common practice?

I really think it is too much nutes in the res so I diluted that res today and will be dropping the PH to 5.5 we'll see.
