I got a 30x scope question!!

I am using a 30x scope I heard thats the best way to know when its time to harvest but I dont know what to look for right now I see resin and there kinda starting to look like a mushroom head but I heard they turn different colors when there done so if anyone knows a site or can tell me what to look for I would really apreciate it! and one more question the tops buds the hairs are turning orange already but on the bottom of the plant i still got like half inch white hairs will the plant catch up with its self?? thanks again
