I got some Heavy Duty Fruity But wft is this? Pics here!!

Im growing some have duty fruity an i came into some problems with my fan leaves an some slow growth can any tell what this problem and how can i solve it

As much information on the grow the better the advise will be.

off hand three things come to mind heat, bad bugs in soil, or nutrient lockout. lower the ambient temp or make your heater not blow on the plants, get some predatory nematodes, rinse out your measuring device before adding different nutes. also i have seen heat mats do that to leaves hanging over the edge of the pots
