i have an idea seed companys!!!!!!!!

this makes no sense seeds are seeds if there preserved they can last a very long time like vetchtable seed packs, the only problem u will have is little bugs eating your seeds, so jst keep them in a sealed container, always have good genetics so your seed stash will be highly rewarding, and why would seed companys care when the seed was grown it doesent have no birth date, or seed havrvest date,(i would think for a reason) all that u need 2 know is thier good gentics, there just trying 2 sell them if they put dates on them less people would buy them there fore people like u buying up all the new seeds while they have millions of older ones...... then sell all the old ones witch are just as good for cheaper, i would think??

Nirvana do it, but I know what you mean, but what good would the date do for you, i mean you've already bought them by that point and you can't see it before you get them so it just tells you why they may not have germinated.

i tried to germ 5y old seeds and 12y old ....both batches germed (like 2-4 out of 10)
