I have grandaddy purple seeds.help,comments,please

So i have been growing gdp from a friend in nocal.i love it.
Gets me retarded everyday all day.
So the plant is very short indica,slow growing.
On my last grow 1 plant busted 1 male flower. First time i ever saw that on this strain.
I found about 3 seeds per plant.
What to do with them???????????
I have 12 bubblegum growing right now and am thinking of crossing one of the males w\my (feminized gdp?).
Also if any well know breeders were interested in doing something with it. I might be willing to part with a couple.
Please any and all opinions welcome.

cross it with sour d...that way you get a 50/50 hybrid. call it sour daddy

The sour d combo is one of my choices also.
I am going to have to sprout those seeds though.
When the poll is complete i will do the top choice with a thread to follow.

i would kill for some gdp seeds. you cant get those anywhere online can you?

No from what i have been told it was a clone only strain.
Thats why i was so sroked with these fem seeds

the seeds mite go hermie on u, since they came from a hermie mom..but u mite get lucky..good luck..MEANGREEN.

glad to hear you love the gdp its gunna be my first grow i started on the 4th of this month with 8 clones pics on my profile check it out right now i have 1 big bushy fucker at a foot tall and (6) 10-11 inchers and one ugly 7 inch pussy hurting new pics will be up in a day or so. Damn I cant wait

i get my clones from nocal.and in 4 years of growing this strain this is the first time it ever busted out with seeds.

i just got kicked down some chocolate deisel. seeds i thinking maybe purple deisel?

Personally, I wouldn't mess with hermied seeds...goodluck though

i would not normally either.
but the hermie ratio in feminized seeds is based on. how much and what type of stress induced t the male flower to pop out and also on how hermie it went i.e. how many male flowers.
the seeds i plan on using are from the last harvest in my last house.there was no stresses other than cold in the last weak.it popped one male flower. wich i used that pollen to seed clones from the same mother that had no hermie signs.
and then considering they are the real gdp i think its worth the possibilty 1 or 2 might herm though i think not likely.
what strains do you think i should try and mix.
i am a indica lover and leaning towards purplegum or grandaddy chocolatte.

I think all of the strains you have to cross with are good ones I can't decide on 1, I like em all!! LOL

ya im not sure how those seeds of the GDP are going to turn out. i think you might want to grow them out and see if your lucky enough to get a fem which is pretty unlikely. i love the diesel tho so a purp cross with that sounds amazing!

I AM NOT SUPER KNOWLEDGABLE IN BREEDING. FROM WHAT I HAVE READ THEY SHOULD BE MOSTLY FEM.
MAYBE A COUPLE HERM.
WHAT A BOUT THE PROCESS MAKES YOU THINK THEY WONT BE FEM?
AND WHAT DO YOU THINK SEX WISE THEY WILL BE?
HOW ELSE ARE FEM SEEDS MADE?
ANYONE WITH BREEDING EXPERENCE

im pretty sure whenever a fem sprouts male sacs it becomes a hermy, making the seeds which are formed hermies themselves. when breeders make feminized seeds i dont think any male pollen is present. ive heard that there is a spray that some use that can be used on a single branch and those buds will get seeded and turn fem without the pressence of male pollen. im not a 100% on this tho.

check out soma for info on feminized seeds....he writes in treating yourself mag. and he tried various methods for feminized seeds. from light sress, heat stress, cold stress to fertilizer stress and gibberillic acid... he swears by the STS sprays.....check out issue 15 of treaing yourself mag....they also have a website

the key to making fem seeds is this.
The spray turns that branch male making the plant hermie.
Stressing them also creates hermie.
The key to getting good fem seeds is how much stress the plant went through. And how many male flowers formed.
The batch of seeds i plan on using.
Showed no signs of stress.they yeilded over 2 oz per gdp.
Great yeild for gdp.
Only 1 plant popped 1 male sack.
Meaning very little herm tendencies.
Then that pollen was used on her sister that had no hermi sacks.
Again making it less likely for the seeds to herm.
I have read more than most on the subject. And was hoping for some input from someone that has actual experience.
