I have no clue?

This is in my soil mix. I have no clue as to what it is? On my plant I don't see any pest or anything but I do see results of them being there. I really don't know what it is or how to get rid of them? Hell I don't even know if they are doing anything bad? When you squeeze them between your fingers they just pop and the inside are yellow? Please help. I am about ready to send her to flowering.

What do they look like. Not much to go on but they sound almost like some type of larva.

Thanks Dalamar, found them in the soil. So I just scrapped off the top 3 inches and there were alot. I think they were thrips larva, no longer though.

i cant see the problem bro, all i can see is soil, a finger and a plastic table with coffee stains.

The mouse cock looking thingy might be a worm egg cocoon. Chances are it is benign to beneficial. cn

I think it's a cockroach cocoon

Look like dried up maggots.
