If you have experience help if not don't Thank you.
I have one Cali connect it was the free 6 female seeds when you buy a pack of there seeds from seaofseeds. So nor sure on strain but it came from Cali connection. I have a dinafem critical Jack auto that's doing the same as the other plant.
They are under a 400 Watt mh with oscillating fan temps are 78 lights on on 65 to 70 off. Soil is coco mixed with cheap organic shit I thought was Okay but I'M thinking it has something to do with it since 8s both plants. I feed 2 there a month old first feeding was very light just because I noticed they were light in color and not growing. Nutes gh go box, superthrive at 1/4 strength. Here's pics.

They look almost perfect except the N sweetheart. Two have said it, here's no 3 - thing is, more N might not help - how much coco to how much cheap org shit, what's the ratio?

I personally don't like superthrive. I'd also up the N some. They look a bit hungry. How far away is your light?

Agreed, feed 'em a shot of N.
How big are the containers for 1 month and that height? (Looks like they're about 3 1/2" tall?)

Ive grown the critical before with no problem at all. So only thing different this grow is soil. I'M sure I'M giving them enough n that's Why I don't get the pale color and not growing. The critical is in a six gallon I know autos should be in three but all my autos have almost out grown the three so I like not having to worry about it. The Cali connect is in a 10 gallon pot.

What's your humidity at ? just had a few pickier plants do this to me , and realized my humidity was less then 20% . After I fixed my humidity they took off quick.

why don't you answer my previous? What's the ratio of coir to cheap org shit?

Your soil is likely too acidic - coir has a low ph and organic soil is a bit funkier than inorganic, living organisms in the soil break down organic matter which creates sulphur (that's sulfur if you in the US) which is also acidic - it's the combo of growing media which is starting to look like a N def - I think your first responder told you to 'check the ph' - and that is what is known as right!

Good luck, bet yr ph is about 5 - 5.5 = too low

OK, with more comments, I have 3 thoughts.
Yesterday, somebody mentioned that seedlings may not really start growing up and out until the roots find some pot.
Second, I'm not sure where your roots are, in regards to the coco and soil mix, so it could be difficult determining which PH they want-soil or hydro.
Third and lastly, maybe you just got bad seeds-you did mention they were 'freebies', right?
Maybe they were old or questionable, and that's why your seed company stuck them with their 'giveaway' stock.

if your using a 400 w mh i dotn think light distance is your problem. the second poster said it best check your ph. do a semi flush by using the water you would normally water with with nothing added to it and pour it into both plants till it runs of into a container underneath the drainage holes for both plants, ph the run of make sure you have at least half a cup of run off water and ph the water your going to flush with beforehand to get a better understanding of whats going on. ph in run off should be 6.5-5.9 with 6.2-6.3 being optimal. if its within the range of 5.9-6.5 you have a nutrient problem. the answer isnt as simple as adding more in the case of organic nutrients it may take a week till they get broken down by beneficial aerobic microbes in your soil and you may find yourself over fertilizing as a result and then bam out of nowhere nute burn. if your using chemical ferts that are available right away then you probably have a lighting problem. if your ph is fine wait a week. if they yellow more try moving the light closer but no closer than 12"
