Completely different here. In CO they expect you to wait for the cops and be killed, if you every had a chance to call.

I have been in several home invasions. YOU DON"T GET TIME TO CALL.

In CA, the growers are allowed under Castle Doctrine to have completely un-registered fire arms. No registration law here. To get a conceled carrry is almost impossible in most of the counties.

But, when they kill these thugs, the grower often gets a pat on the back.

My mother went for training classes to get her lic. to carry years ago..she was told , by a police instructor, if you're on the second floor and you have access to a porch roof that's less than 10 ft off the ground, you are supposed to go out the window and jump off the roof rather than confront the intruder..if the law feels you had a " safe escape"( such as that roof scenario..can you see a 60 yr old woman jumping from a 10' roof???) but you decided to confront the intruder , you the homeowner, can be charged with assault or more. I told her it doesn't take much to cut yourself and put a knife in their dead hands..

I happen to agree with you on this one. If weed isn't a crime, we shouldn't be asked to give up our rights as citizens.

Colorado is a Make My Day state; motherfucker comes in the front door uninvited, you have the right to kill them.

Just make sure the body doesn't fall back outside the doorway, lol

if it does drag them back inside and hit the area outside with bleach or ammonia and make sure to plant a knife or something (wipe your prints before planting)

if u have a shot gun may i say the first round use a thunder blank(standing in front of the barrel for this possible permit eardrum damage/ will be dazed for sure) second round a bean bag or something (does not kill them in case mistaken but will drop anything with in 30 yards except a bear or bull) and the 3rd round a armor piercing or explosive ( it is on mother fucker)

first 2 will not kill someone but will fuck u up ........this removes the chance of mistaken kill and own gun turned on u (as u know the first 2 will not kill so u can react) and protects dumb asses from shooting self or something by mistake as that first is a thunder blank

oh and if u use a sawed off or illegal modified gun make sure u have a legal gun that matches the same shells

You just said, you can't have firearms in a grow, that you cannot stand your ground and you have to call for assistance. You said that.

And this is a Constitutional challenge you cannot win, thanks largely to the kind folks of do good, in Massachusetts. Every State gets to say, and really it why I am not into being a leading edge legal state.

It is bad enough with the petty punks on the San Jose city council.

Their latest? You cannot use see through packaging.

So update time. They came back and gave me a ticket. For odor and over the legal count limit inside city limits. It's the same kind of ticket as a traffic ticket.

If I hadn't let them in,I wouldn't have gotten the ticket.

So much for trusting the police. Assume they're all fascist thugs, because their job is to find something to arrest you for, not to be helpful.

It's going to cost me some substantial money to deal with it, but my freedom isn't in danger. I think.

See? They are not to be trusted. I know they try to fool everyone. But, you are just looking at 20 credits in Law Enforcement Psychology Classroom training.

But, could you have refused? You are registered with the State now as a grower. I think they could have come back with a warrant, no?

See? We are friends and I did steer you right.

Assume they are criminals with a badge, a gun, and are trained to talk in circles around you....for confession.

No no, this is the same level as a traffic ticket, speeding- on my plant count, lol.

If it's legal, why the Bullshit? Because the neighbors gotta live in peace, too- at least as far as odor is concerned. I think the whole plant count thing is a pile of Crap, designed to give cops more excuses to Fuck with people- and keep the price up. You know that when weed costs less, people will stop caring.

In this State, recent stink was upheld because of smell. The neighbors said "That's a grow house!!! I can smell it." The cops shrugged. It is not illegal to grow here if you have a card, like me. So, the neighbors filed suit. Constructive nuisance they said, sure to bring crime.

The Courts shrugged, said, Denied, and awarded court cost and other damages to the grower.

    That's what made the news.

    Hmmm...

What a difference a couple of years of 'progress' makes.

What's the opposite of progress? CONGRESS?!
