Looks good to me so far, but try to get them a bit closer to the lights. Going for 12/12 right away, or some veg time first? If vegging for a spell, might want to get different k CFL's. Higher k for veg, lower for flower.

Those cfls are pretty far away. Also, hanging them vertically is the worst use of them, since barely any light is emitted from the top. That's very fixable though, and your plants are looking fine! Way to go man!

Thanks guys..and there in 24 hours right now I was thinking I would put them in a 48hour dark period then 12 12 somewhere between the 11th and the 18th

I'd watch a 48 hour dark period. It's a good technique right before you harvest, but i wouldn't do it before flowering.

dark period b4 flower is meant to speed up the flowering process as in they will start to show quicker. ive never tried this though its just what ive read.

actually when vegging using cfl's, its better to use 2700k all the way throuogh. cfl's only penetrate 18" into the canopy at MOST. effectively at least. 2700k keeps nodes tighter and plants shorter. but they wont grow quite as vigorously. also, higher potassium (the "k" in your fertilizers) is said to help keep plants tighter and shorter. no sense in having tall plants using those lights. just a thought.
