i just watered my plant with new nutes

AND FUCKING BURNT THEM!!!!!!!!
they have been 12.12 for a week i just brought some new food and mixed it to strong first time ive done that in ages im well pissed off now i got horrible leaves mixed up with my lush green ones

i have flushed them with clean water how long before i add nutes again please an thankyou
