If youve got spidermites and they are building mad webs you can take a can of hairspray and a lighter and blow torch them away.

If youve got male plants and are impatient waiting to harvest the pollen you can try the "sac pinching technique". With the thumb and pointer fingers you pinch the male sac and make an up and down motion. you should wind up with some good stuff for breeding.

when i need to release pollen i grab my stalk by the base gently ,yet firmly rub up and down and cup my balls with my free hand

Sneak up on your plants and scream at them, this scares the shit out of them - literally. They seem to produce way more of that sticky white stuff...what's it called?
