i know olive oil can extract thc, what about using hempseed oil?

since there is a recipe that says to put olive oil and weed in a crockpot for low heat for a long ass time, what if i used hempseed oil instead with the weed added to extract the thc?

also, since it requires low heat could i put the mixture of oil and bud in a small jar (since im just making a very small amount using a gram of bud and 2 tablespoons of oil) and then let the jar sit in hot tap water while changeing the water as it cools off?

or would this be too much heat?

anyone know?

You want more than hot tap water to extract the thc. Simmering a small pot with a lid at a very low heat would probably work better. A crockpot is best and generally awesome to have for cooking in general.

i have no idea im looking for a good way to make cannaoil from olive oil as i am out of butter feeling lazy and have lots of olive oil does any one know y veggie oil and canola oil dont work??

You want fat, the THC is binding with the fat in the oils. Which is why vegi and canola aren't a desired oil.

i looked ont the back they have the same ammount of fat as olive oil
