But my Big Buddha Critical Mass Auto plants won't eat. even with 1/4 strength nutes they start to fry. I'm a month into the grow and they are just OK. I've seen where others have harvested 1.5 to 2 oz per plant, but at the rate I'm growing, I'm not seeing it. I have a 4X4 flood and drain system and a thousand watts of light. I've flushed them for a day and tried again about five times but I'm not sure what's going on. There are other plants (non autos) in the same tent, not the same flood table, and they are loving life.
Anyone had this problem before? What can a poor farmer do?IMG_2007.jpgIMG_2008.jpgIMG_2009.jpgIMG_2010.jpgIMG_2011.jpg

I've read the sticky at the top "Guide to nutrients...." and it's served me well for many grows. This is my first all auto grow and it's about two fifty in beans plus tent space and a ton of work

Auto's will need less nutes than Regular plants. Wouldn't go above 600 ppm or 1.2 EC. What are your levels? What's your PH? What's the temp? I see some heat stress on them plants.

Some of those look really young.

a baby cant eat a steak

edit: wow 1000 watts thats a lotta power for such small plants. hope youre watering frequently enough. That could be contributing to the "frying" youre experiencing. If you got a t5 lying around, switch that in for a week or two

They are a month old (middle aged for autos) and about four feet from the tops of the plants. I keep the PH at 5.8 on the dot. I check it every morning and evening to get it just right. It's not heat, the tent is at 75 degrees and they get water every hour and 45 minutes. I'll take pics without the HPS light on. Do autos grow faster during the flowering stage?
