i dont really know. last few family events i been to he seemed ok with it. i dont think hes pissed about it, probably just a lil bit less racist. theres been some family drama lately so we dont gather like we use to.

Maybe try asking your family like "How would you guys feel if I started dating a black woman?"
hopefully they'll accept it, and then you can invite her over to meet them.

well said, myself im a bi male in a relationship for 4 yrs with a guy. i stopped talking or associating with people with that mindset and yes that does me a part of my family. But it still happens and you have to do whats best for you and makes you happy. I know where your comming from in alot of ways, my bf said his grandpa told him he'd rather see him come home with a white man than a black woman. Shit like thats ignorant. Dude my wife is a mexican and I am white. Her mom met me at the airport and when we stopped for dinner 20 min later she proceeded to tell my wife right in front of me that she wishes that she would have married a mexican guy!!!!
