Dude, you need to get her to the vet ASAP! It could be any of the following:

Could be some sort of cancer; could be a major flea/tick infestation. Either way, you need to go and have her checked out man.

Don't wait, take her to the vet bro!! Now!

I was figuring it was a allergic reaction. She has fleas but I give her treatments for it....You cant see anymore fleas on her but she still chews....

buy her some medicated shampoo. i highly doubt that it could be cancer, but cancer does occur on dogs just to clear things. give her some vitamin c as well. and yes some frontline will do wonders for your dog if he/she has tick/flea and this could also result to some major issue that could occur in liver problem and health risk. i am not a vet but i used to breed dogs i have a lot of experience...check allexperts.com there are a lot of available vets that could answer your question in more professional manner

Have you given her a bath lately? Maybe she is allergic to the treatments?
I am not a vet, just been around a lot of dogs.

don't give her a bath dude my dog would rub its face on pavement cause it was so itchy, and wouldn't stop biting himself, and he would go bald on his sides... like completely

It should go away once falls over but your dog will have a miserable time.

and yes do change her foods, a cheap food usually contains corn which has reaction to dogs. the itching could also be that your feeding your dog to much protein level on your dog food. i would not suggest chicken flavor as well most dogs are allergic to chicken. better to give your dog lamb meal. beef would be alright but it usually has more protein percentage. if your not having a regular exercise with your dog and your feeding her higher % of protein your dog will itch due to protein, will result to kidney problem etc...how old is your dog?

bathing your dog is no issue here, if you are spraying him/her any tick/flea remember not to bath her 5 days before and after. i would not suggest any tick and flea collar to your dog its poisonous. to dropper is the best to go is your dog is not infested. but again your problem is usually the result of dog food (pedigree/alpo/science diet is a no no no) those are junk food that cost a lot of money due to marketing purposes only. if u see meat byproducts usually they used road kill animals. i would suggest to give her canidae, natural balance or any organic dog food. and check if your feeding to much and your dog is not on regular exercise. also you might be feeding her way too much protein. these usually result to itching and allergies. or it could just be a fungicide that you might need to buy a medicated shampoo. thats all.

I feed her Purina Dog chow. Her back side up her spine is balding and has flaky skin. Bumps as well but they are thick dead skin bumps or chew bumps that are scabbed. She has a pink rash of bumps on belly too that she always cleans......I make her not chew as much as possible but she looks miserable and ashamed when she looks at me.....I get some pics hold on...

1st off money should not be a problem that dog should be just like a member of your family man but back to the question

Get her to the spca most spca's will treat a animal for free as well his/ her problem could be 3 things the flea and tick infestation ( it was outa hand this year because of their being no break in the heat) and if this is the case i wouldnt just let it go the ticks can burrow right into her ear and into her brain and your dog will have a miserable life not fall it completely changes their temperment the other possiblity is a form of mange is your dogs skin scabby almost like scaley? and cancer is the last and final possiblity

How do you treat that??? Is that what the red bumps are too?? Shes always digging. She did have a flea problem bad but I gave her a hartz flea treatment that you run down the spine and shes had no fleas....Literally like one or two Ive seen....I was hoping her skin would heal up with the fleas being at bay but its not...
