I need help asap with my seed!!

So basically I germinated it and the root came out. I put it in the pot the wrong way and noticed that I made that mistake a day later. I checked up on the seed and the root was growing but I put it in the wrong direction. Five minutes ago I just took the seed out to put it in the right way and the root isn't there anymore. I need help, what should i do ?.

Sounds like it just died and shrivelled up, or you snapped the root off. Was the soil warm and moist?

Read a few stickys about growing, amd start again with a new seed.

yehh, I was shoving around the soil to look for it and it took a while till I did. I think i broke it off when i looked for it. What do u think?

Even if it was upside down, it would have corrected itself. I just pulled back some soil on one of my newly planted seeds, and the tap root made a 90 bend down, so next time just let it take its course. It takes a little big longer, but it will make it.
