ill be on this everyday an im gunna be on for a lil cuzz im juss chillin...bongsmilie

i would have done same nute strength. it could just be the genetics can't handle the fertilizer. also it looks like you're using a waterfarm or at least the ring from the kit. it could be that salt is building up around the roots. it's still small. perhaps a cup of plain water right at the base of the plant would help once in a while, flush it a bit. either that or just go plain water until it develops more. i'd pull that light up a bit too. maybe 6" over the top.

What are the temps like in your grow space? My seedlings showed similar symptoms when they were in a room with very little ventilation. Turned out to be heat stress.

Your CFL looks ok as they dont get too hot. I would defo check the ambient temp around the plant
as it may be a little low over all and may be slowing down its growth slightly.
The bottom leaf that I can see looks a bit like nute burn. the top leafs look ok but a little droppy
like it looks slightly over watered. clay pebbles retain alot of moisture under the surface so you may just
want to feed your plant plain tap water. I would flush her out with alot of plain water and then dont give her
anymore until you see the clay pebbles on top nearly completly dry. young plants dont need to much water
as you want the roots to grow and feel out down your pot for the remaining moisture at the bottom.
Also your plant looks to young for nutes. just concentrate on giving her a good root system in the early stages
and she should pull through.
Over all she is not looking to bad.
Good Luck my friend :)
