I need help with my new plant

I planted some purple strain and the plant popped out a couple of days ago it looked fine till i saw that half the leaf was drying but it looks like its going from dried to yellow now its only the tip of the leaf not the whole thing i dont know if this means its dying or it was dying please help
 
don't let the yellow tips on seedlings worry you. it's not unusual and it'll grow through it. easy with the water:i use a mist bottle to keep the soil damp for a few inches around the base. damp not wet. GL
 
right now i have it outside im waiting on some cash to get my lights and i water it every 2 days or every other day depending on how dry the soil is
