It'll pass. You built a tolerance and a habit and fuck anyone else who doesn't agree but you'd be having withdrawls sir.

Some popcorn, pink popcorn. GRAHAM CRACKERS!!! Graham crackers with the marshmallows. Little marshmallows with little chocolate bars and we'll make some s'mores man. 2 weeks max. Probably a week for you. Sleep and eat a lot of little things over the day. And milk. Water too. Melatonin pills help with the sleeping. Just tough it out. You'll live.

I smoke about the same per day. I know if I were to stop cold turkey, which I can, I'd have some minor withdraw symptoms. My main thing is not being able to sleep. It affects people differently. Some have withdraws some don't. Some are worse than others.

Water. Drink lots of water. Good, clean, pure, water.
And of course... Pee a bunch.

If you'd like to help yourself out a little more, some Green Tea and an Emergen-C would help you feel better too. Lay off the sugar and eat some raw veggies. You'll feel fine soon enough if you take care of yourself.

Yessir. Everyone is different for sure. A lot of people here can stop cold turkey and be good. Not I.

Yep. True talk. I've stopped cold turkey a few times and haven't had a single withdrawal problem. Most of my friends are the same. No one complains of withdrawal. There are some of those whiny ass girls that say they are 'addicted' to it though (pssst they're the easy ones). lol

Well Pony i love ya, but your right AND wrong bud. Just cuz its not a narcotic doesn't mean you can't be having withdrawls, caffeine isn't a narcotic and you can have withdrawls. Alcohol is another thing that is not a narcotic. Nicotine is not a narcotic ... Anything that you can form an addiction to can result in withdrawls. You may not be able to have withdrawls from pot, but not because it isnt a narcotic. Other than that yer spot on mate!

I have the worst withdrawal symptoms. Namely the psychotic nightmares for about 2 weeks. After that they started to go away.....first by becoming less crazy, to mild then just friggin "Inception/Matrix" weird.

Longest I have made it not smoking weed is 3 months since I was a teenager.

ok its hard to find a website thats not biased about pot but this was the best I can find............they say withdrawls include anxitiy as a symtom..........so I figure it is withdrawls by what I can find........so ignore my post sorry....this is what I found

Once a person goes cold turkey and stops smoking, there are some very common marijuana withdrawal symptoms that start almost immediately and are reported by the vast majority of those who quit. The most common symptom described is a general feeling of anxiety, for all that the pot makes a person feel relaxed and unstressed the needle swings the other way when they quit. Most people tend to spend several days feeling out of sorts and generally cranky.

Marijuana is not heroin…but neither is it the same marijuana that it was 20 or even 10 years ago, and as the potency has risen almost 10 fold over the decades, so to have the risks of addiction, the risks of developing a tolerance and experiencing withdrawal symptoms with marijuana cessation.

Marijuana detox and withdrawal is not dangerous but it can be very uncomfortable, and it can be difficult to overcome the cravings back to use and abuse. Many people can use marijuana recreationally without developing dependency issues, but many hundreds of thousands cannot, and it is not at all ridiculous to seek professional assistance if you are having difficulty overcoming an addiction to marijuana.
