I need some help... Got scammed.

I recently purchased 2, 250w 5-lead HPS ballasts, http://www.unvlt.com/productLines/ap_sheets/HID/P250ML5AC4M.pdf, from a private seller, new in box. The problem is, they aren't 5-leads, they're 480V, http://www.unvlt.com/productLines/ap_sheets/HID/P25048TAC4M.pdf!!!

Once they showed up, I immediately tried to contact the seller to no avail. So now I have these two ballasts.

I have a couple options, I think.
1) I can rewire and replace the capacitor(the only part difference between the two ballasts).
2) Purchase a single phase transformer that can go from 120(preference) or 240 VAC to 480 VAC, with a minimum of .5 kVA and 2.6 A.
3) Call an electrician.

Problems wih choices:
1) Not sure I can do this without damaging the ballasts, plus I can't find the capacitor I need.
2) So far, I have found only one transformer that will fit my needs without it being complete over kill and out of my budget, and I can't find a source for it. Jard Magnetics transformer JAT-500483P
3) I can't have people I don't trust coming in my residence, much like alot of you.

Any advise short of making them expensive paper weights?
