So basically I'm going to flower inside of a 10x10x7.5 tent that is inside of a 13x13x8 room. I'm going to use fans for the lights so that I can cool the lights down. I was thinking of doing 4 1000 watt lights but now I'm thinking that I might do 5 600 watt lights instead. This is a room inside of a trailer inside of a trailer park so the neighbors are fairly close. There is a window inside of the room, but I don't think I'm going to use it. I'm thinking about getting a portable ac unit and cutting a small circular hole in the floor for the hot air from the ac to exhaust from. Does this sound good? Any tips are helpful. I think I'm also going to be cutting a hole above the door and installing an 8 inch fan to suck air in and then duct it into the tent and then maybe expelling the air into more ducting that goes into a hole in the other room where the veg room is. Any tips are appreciated!

A portable ac will not cut it you will need close to 36k btu of cooling yes 3 tons. The portable with a single hose you are just throwing money out the window. A portable has to have 2 hoses. The best way to do it is with a minisplit.
The tent in a room is ok but you would be better putting the money for the tent to the ac you will need it, and just running the plants in the room. This also means you need to cool and vent the rooms properly not taking shortcuts since the neighbors are so close.
I would think about sealing it up and just use a 6" carbon filter and fan scrubbing the room. Yes you would need to add Co2 but thats easy on a timer for 6 or 8 hours out of the day.

what he said a portablle ac is shit the area of it working vs the cost of power is total crap

a window shaker is a better investment

but i did my work in a house i used a 10k window shaker in a 11x12x7 room .......worked just fine with a active venting room u just want to keep the temp in the room around 68 72

Are window shakers better than portable ac unit that have a dual hose?

much much better

look at the energy required to cool a SQFT on any window shaker to any portable AC on the market

a window AC u can over size the BTU to handle the area u need i had a 4000btu for that room personal bed room ......it did not work high all the time it made the bush go brown from the heat it was putting off killing my cover for that window .......i got a newer 10btu model and set it on high to the temp i wanted was there with in 10 mins cut it self off did not come back on for 15 20 mins ran for 5 when off

i would fuck that AC if i though it was safe ........loved it has a remote with a temp senor so u place it at the lvl u want and it will keep that air lvl to the coolness u want

yes i was venting the air out over cooltubes 400cfms on the hottest days about 250 in the winter months

the intake air was only about 12 degrees warmer then what i wanted.....i was holding a 10 degree diff in air temp between air in working area to air going out the vent (pre passing over lights)

Do you think a window shaker will cool the room that I'm working with with almost 4000 watts in lights? The other guy is saying I need a 36000 btu unit...

it all depends on a few things
he is 100% right on open reflectors/hood (anything not aircooled hood)
air cooled hoods with the right amount of air moving tho it .... it can be done with a 10k or a 12k unit in the right weather areas

where are u (general area for weather data) .......temp wise humidity wise what is the yearly minimal and max .......what it the humidity like (RH high and alot of rain)
what kind of hoods are u using
what is the current set up a vented room or a sealed room
what is your current air amount u are moving CFMs
