I used silica...almost all of the nutrient lines carry a silica based product but the one I'm using is Botanicare Silica Blast. Seems to work well.is there enyway to make my plants stem haarder and bigger?
Also...and you probably know this....keeping a fan blowing gently on the plants will help or routinely bending the stems back and forth.
