I planted a seed and this happened.

I planted a bag seed from some XJ-13 in a pot and I left it in my bathtub. I watered it every couple days with distilled water and I gave it BioRoot for it's seedling and veg phase, and now I'm giving it this stuff:


I think that she really wants to flower or something. Please help? What do I do next?

Okay thanks guys! And I want to get a 1000w HPS bulb to put above it for rainy days and line the room with mylar. Good idea? Do I ever need to transplant into new soil? Or should I get a bigger pot?

Dont worry about transplanting, what kind of light is it getting now? And you dont need mylar, a flat white paint will bounce the light around just fine. Mylar is a bit overrated imo, and expensive.

For a first timer your gonna end up with a nice plant when she is done, you did a great job at keeping the internodes close

Lol she is under natural light. She sits in that tub day and night and has only been growing natural. So I'm excited to see what kind of growth I'll see with a 1000w HPS

Is the room very dark during dark hours? Also, since I am not familiar with your area, will she continue to get enough light time? Great job, you have a green thumb.. lucky bloke!

edit: oops.. see that you want to supplement light... never mind on that.

Screw the hps, by the looks of the internodes your getting the light you should be getting. Theres no real stretching and the buds are developing just fine. Keep in mind if you choose to use the HPS you want it at least 12'' or lower from the tops of the plant. However the hps is gonna get very very hot so it may have to be raised higher. Were you just gonna do the whole grow with the hps in the bathroom? Still letting it get the natural light?

That 1k is going to bring a lot of other issues into play. Heat... Ventilation...RH... She looks like she's doing great with the light she's getting.

What about a 600w HPS? I'm concerned that she won't be getting enough strong light during the rainy season. I live in California but still, I'm trying to get as fat buds as possible.

For the price you pay for a 600w and ballast you could spend less then half of that and get 3-4 cfl's and hang them around her (hang them close maybe 1-2'' away they dont get very hot so it wont burn the plants. Just goto a couple yard sales find some old cheap lamps and strip the cords and sockets from them and you will be good to go.

Those would be your best bet mate. For either light you wil also need a timer for them but they are cheap like $15-20.
