That light seems like overkill for those plants. They don't look so good, but after I read your signature I see why.

I FEED MY PLANTS lumen's THE REST IS JUST NITPICKING

Good luck with that.....

I'm guessing the technique he's using was what the doc08 was doing. Letting his light burn the crap out of the top and then the side branches grow. I thought it was kind of a joke though, even though it does seem to work.

dont use pesticides, get azomax or azatrol, its a neem extracted hardcore organic concentrate, you spray and root drence once a week, no smell and no bugs at all. it kills everything and prevents reproduction, dries eggs and kills larva on contact. does not harm your plants in any way

old leaves yellow, new growth nice and green

Dude. Nothing in that pic is "nice and green". Those are super unhealthy, rootbound, and aren't going to produce shit unless you get them transplanted quickly into some decent quality soil. And feed them.

i dont get any dark green besides the undergrowth the lumen's i have them under borderlines bleaching
the light makes them look more yellow i try feeding 1/8 strength 18/18/21 tomato plant food.once a week and it just burns them.
iam getting a node every 1/4 to 1/8 in. the undergrowth is starting to cover the stem to a point of almost no visibility

How long have those plants been vegging? They don't look all that healthy... Topping or fimming by cutting usually has a healthy plant bounce back with two new shoots in a matter of days. How long does your method take?

No offense but it's just odd that you put up such a sensational title and then don't explain what you're doing at all. The only way we can critique, comment, and learn from what's going on is if there is free discussion.
