I think I have Planaria in my soil.....

So I woke up this morning and one of the two clear containers I have my seedlings in is coated in condensation on the inside. Within most of these water droplets there are little wriggly white worms :shock::shock::-|, and I noticed one inching its way on a dry surface within the container. I have yet to put drainage holes in the bottoms of the containers but Im going to try that and see if it changes anything.

Does anyone know what these are and or how to get rid of them(if need be.)
Small white worms under 1/4th of an inch, spaz out and energetically twist from side to side in water. Slow moving on dry spots, most of them actually seem to be stuck in water droplets
Any help would be appreciated! :-|

Thats larva.
LOL! Ive seen that shit once, tripped me the fuck out.
Their like 1 or 2 in each droplet and they just wiggly right?
Their either from flys or mosquitos or something that has laid eggs in the water.

get some neem oil and use it as a soil drench... 3 teaspoons per gallon with some mild dish soap added to wet it

So I think I finally figured out what they were. Ive always had a problem with small flying insects in my grow boxes, I never knew how they got in though. However the mystery was solved when I noticed little flying insects crawling up from the soil. Little fuckers were mooching off my warm soil and humidity!!!
I found some concentrated neem oil but its a little much for my pocket atm, Im hoping to score some cash and pick it up though. Ill post the results afterwards

Drainage holes would go farther than the neem right now and clear containers are not your best bet either.

Let that shit dry out some.
