Is money or heat an issue for you? If it isn't, before you go buying a bunch of 100w CFLs look into a 250w HPS. Running 3/4 big ass CFLs will be just as much as a small HPS/ballast. They have digital 250s now, they're cheaper than magnetics, and cooler to run. Then just a small 4 or 6" duct fan and a small table fan and you'll be fine, just exhaust it

My average auto takes 80 days but sometime 100+ days, most of mine start flowering at 44 days, be patient you stunted her abit.
