ya i'd say another 2 weeks, def get a micrscope or something to check trichs, thats the only way to know for sure. i HIGHLY recommend that you do that before harvesting

Yer i will get one this afternoon after work. Some have more orange hairs than other. like the last 2 pics are of a bud with heaps of white hairs still so i know thats not ready.
and thanks for the replies, exactly what i wanted.

go to radioshack and get a 60-100x micrscope,it's 12 dollars and good!

I live in Australia haha but its all good today got called off so i will be getting one sooner than later.

Mine look pretty similar. So only another week or two and the hairs will recede? What happens if you harvest when the pistils are still wild and crazy like that is it still a fine smoke?

give it 3 or 4 more weeks, and no the smoke will not be good, it will smell like hay, those buds look nice man they have a little bit while to go though, dont ruin your hard work by chopping, give it at least 2 weeks but id go 4 personaly

Really sweet looking plants.Your pics are better than I usually see here.On magnification,the trichomes are cloudy.That's the peak of THC production.However I'm of the opinion that getting at least 25% to 50% amber trichomes gives a stonier buzz.I would wait a week at least.Sure would love to try some of that...gl...good work.Reps

those are done. you can chop now or squeeze one more week from them. i would wait a few more days. but you can take them now for sure

Its nice, it looks like some Ultra Haze #2 that I grew out, very similar in color and texture even trichome production.
