what others have already said - interrupt the dark cycle a lot with bright lights - but be inconsistent - one hour one night - 15 min. the next 2 hours the next night,etc...

lots of heat, lack of water will also hermie (or kill) it.

and while this doesn't help you directly, bag seeds have a very good chance of turning hermie.

Unless you have some other place to but that one plant with its own light and fucked up lighting schedule, sounds like you have no choice but to let all your females pollinate to get those seeds. Good luck with the grow

I found this on this site. in the growfaq

LIGHT-POISONING METHOD: During the first three weeks of flowering, turn the lights on for an hour during the middle of the dark period. That is, 12 hrs. on, 5.5 hrs. off, 1 hr. on, 5.5 hrs. off, and repeat for the first 3 weeks, after which you may return to the normal 12/12 light cycle. This causes a plant to go "hermie" and pollinate itself, as well as any other female in the room. You must use plants originating only from female seeds or clones to ensure that no male chromosomes are present. The resulting seeds will produce NO MALE PLANTS!
5.5 off 1 on 5.5 off is to ensure femmale plants. read again player.... ive done that on all my own grows, n have 100% all femmales everytyme. like people say jack up the dark cycle with 5 min. intervals every 15 mins n they will herrmie.

you can over flower one of the plants (let it keep flowering after you have cut the other ones) and then it *could* hermie at about twenty days over and the chances are if it hermies that way you will get feminine seeds.......
