If it was so easy to start a seed bank everyone would be doing it...Probably not the smartest idea to start one in the US.
Once you get successful the fedz will be knocking on your door guaranteed.
Cannabis is an easy bust for that agency and they'll do whatever it takes. Best to look up the laws of wherever you're operating to/from since ignorance of the law isn't a defense for federal crimes. Wish you the best, I see the appeal with the $$$ but I don't think its gonna be easy and you have make sure to cover your arse.

thanks friendly , ya im in canada little more slack for sure , but i hear ya man for sure , even up here none of the seed banks run truly legal its a sketchy system that it seems is kinda hard to find info on .... the appeal for me is not so much the money , i mean i gotta live of coarse but im just tired of hearing of people getting fucked over on wrong seeds or wrong clones , or not femmed when they were supposed to be. my company will have 100% femmed seeds unless people want otherwise ...... never made sense to me as to why regular joe grower would want to pay good money for male seeds .....

If you ever do ask Sub for permission to use his gear be sure to ask him if before he used the gear of other breeders to create his strains he asked for, and received, their permission, or if he just used whatever he felt like using.

If I had to lay a wager on which of the two he did I would have to lay my money on his using whatever gear he wanted to without ever asking permission from any breeder whose gear he used. I might be wrong, but it would be the safer wager to make.
