well if there is already potting soil they wont need any untill there about a monthe cuz if you throw fertilzer on them now and the soil there in has fertilizer already mixed in it then you can burn the plant up i did that once!!! just water every 3 days and then start fertilizing when the pklant reaches 1 month!!!

I have miracle gro organic soil.... it says it feeds the plants for 2 months so that means I have to wait 2 months right? And also how much water should I put on them every 3 days? I have them in a one gallon pot..... ill put pics up in a bit

Im trying to get my grow room together...... I read 600 watt systems are the way to go. How many would I need for a room that is 7.5 (H) X 6.5 (W) 17.2 (L)?

saturate your potter with water until you see run off out of the bottom. water only when your potter is dried out! do not over water. a good way to check is to simply lift up your potter. after four weeks transplant into bigger potter. 1 month= 1 gallon (indoor anyways)

600w lights will do approximately a 5x5 area. if you had three you would have ok lighting but i think you mite be stretching the width with your 6.5 area. if your want to get serious you would go with six! two rows three long! then you would have tons of light, but you will have to vent with 6 inch vented hoods, ducting and fans!! 50 plants? yes i think thats practical but what you have to think about is, are they going to be reachable when they are big and flowered out? will you be able to water all of them? how about spraying them for mites and what about keeping control of mold. these are things you always have to think about, so you want to be able to get a good look at all of them so you can check the leaves. even the ones in the back!

Im going to start a my first grow :) its a blue mystic autoflower.

Im going to use

2 26w 6500k
2 26w 2700k

Should i add 2 more 26w or should i add in a

42w 6500k and a 42w 2700k

Or will that much light be overkill?

65 watt bulb......eeeeehhhhhh you cant do much with that, maybe start your seedlings with it. for three plants you would need at least a 250watt MH or HPS bulb. florescents are really only good for early vegging.

to much light is never overkill!! yeah i guess you guys could use those small florescent bulbs to grow cannabis, i just never would. you could get even a little sun system 150w reflector and ballast online for 100$ that would do a hella better job!!
