Ive got plenty of space. Closets galore lol. Well the others been on 12/12. About a foot tall.
Is that the one youre talking about? Its actually doing better than the big sister did at the same age.
Its already showing early signs of sex. :) my buddy came over and is real impressed with the progress I'm
Making. That guy is a pro groweer so its nice to hear it. ;)

little update for the day...

Turned the ballast to HPS last night before going to work and when i came home it grew a few inches.
God i love that! ;) So now im going to go and start tying some branches down and back. im off wed
so i plan on doing some cloning and getting rid of foliage etc. etc. done that day.

*watching with anticipation* I'm growing an Iced Grapefruit (12/12 in a party cup), but bought a pack so I'm gonna have a few more to grow after I see the mini-me version. :grin:

little update before i get some pics up (battery is charging). plants doing great! obviously right? :lol: as is my little one.
she (yes she) is only 12 inches at most and already starting to bud. this is the plant thats under 12/12 since seedling.
been doing some super cropping on the bigger girl and yesterday my buddy and i cut and trimmed what wasnt needed.
we also made 8 clones! so as soon as those take off ill have 10 plants. the big one should be read early to mid october.
then the other in early november and then the clones december. by which time ill have a whole new set of clones doing their
thing! were also going to add another 400 watt HPS to hit the sides of the plants plus some CFLs to add some extra umph
to the whole process.
pics coming in a short bit... stay tuned! :lol:

I'd stick with 600 watters if you're adding on...they're the most energy efficient. Can you add another lamp in-line with what you have now?

yeah i can use another inline. I would do a 600 watt but no many for the bulbs.
this equipment is a buddy of mines so after first harvest ill be able to buy what i need and give him back his things. :)

but hey, dont take MYYYY word for it. :) well ill get some pics of the clones for you tonight after work.

so is that a d.i.y set up? if you wouldnt mind explain the cost and set up im intristed in that style of grow, my ladies are in soil now, would like to switch if the price is right lol

well lets see..

buckets maybe 21$
pumps (5 in all) 45$
hoses for pumps maybe 5$
lights were free except the CFLs 4 pack for 7$ (100 watt, 23 actual)
nutes 40-45$ give or take
growing delcious green. priceless
