Ideal humidity for flowering?

Anyone actually know how to increase humidity during flowering.......any takers?
Beside the steambath route....lol
What about something like this? It's what I use in the winter and when the plants are small. It's ultrasonic so the steam doesn't produce heat ,it's cold steam. Also they don't use much power. Mine uses 13 watts.

That's the calcium carbonate. If you use RO in the ultrasonics it's a good idea to add some bleach to it to keep it sterile unless your unit has UV or something. That's what I do anyways to avoid any weird types of fungus or whatever.
