Ideal set up for a single mother?

I'm looking to set up a single mother in a home. With so many options out there I would love to hear what you folks think the ideal space and set up would be. Leaning towards a small grow tent with soil and LED lights. Tell me what kind of home you'd put your mother in.

What is she looking to get from the garden and what kind of budget she has might provide some better opinions.

If the budget is there a single 3x3' tent with 400w of COBs can produce a pound per run say every 16 weeks or so. An additional smaller area with a small light for starting clones or seeds would reduce the time to harvest (somewhat perpetual).

Thank you for the reply. Not looking to break the bank but $ is available. I'm wanting a mother plant to collect clones from. I have a separate cloning/rooting area. Looking for other ideas for keeping a cloning mom happy.

You don't need much. I'd check craigslist for used gear. 400w MH would be fine to keep her from stretching too much.

1. 315 CMH
2. 8 bulb T-5
3. 400 watt MH
Id stay away from LED or Cobs for mother plants. You want some heat and you definitely want some stretch for clones.
