I've heard to store and cure your harvest in a cool dark area, but what is too cool or too warm of temperature for ideal settings? I'm currently storing all my herbs in 2gal glass jars and they seem to be curing fine. The room has a concrete floor, so it stays very cool in there throughout the day, ranging from 40f - 55f degrees.
