ideal temps and humidty?

hey riu newb here just chasing info on ideal temps and humidity when growing diff strains at diff stages of grow in the same converted wardrobe my lights run 24/0 and my photos i put in another cupboard for their dark period any help appreciated

Running your lights 24 /0 dint u need a dark period in order for good growth

I veg at 18/6 and keep the RH above 50%
In flower i keep it below 40%.
75 F'ish in both phases.
Your results may vary...

My room stays upper low to upper 40's all the time. I wouldn't mind it a bit higher for veg, but I do like the fact it's consistent and I never have to battle high RH.

i run 24/0 the growth is great but if some plants dont like it i take them out for 4 hours
