ideas for 3000sq ft grow room

looking for light configurations and venting for 3000sq ft of growing. does anyone have any ideas or links?

my bad 3000sq ft, height 25 feet as far as electrical im wiring new box with 300amp service all outlets will be 240 im gonna be running 25-30 1000watt 8inch air cooled radiants with a 20 ton ac. im gonna run ducting threw all lights with straight air from outside. i will be using dirt. what else do you need to know exactly?

i might be running more lights depending on area, my boss wants to start a medical grow and the most lights ive used is 12 1000 watt radiants. if i can come up with a good setup he will hire me to build and run his grow opp, have any ideas on where to look or who to talked to. im willing to travel anywhere to learn how to setup a huge indoor grow

Light movers would help immensely, would be very cost effective, would cut down a lot of your cooling needs as well. Light rails are great, you can move up to 6 lights on each, do 2-3 light rails with 6x 1000 watts on each. Either that or go with the spinning lights from Life Light Tech, check out High Times Spinning Lights article, there is a video on youtube, looks great... Other than that, if you won't move your lights, just throw a 5 ton A/C in there and pump it with a CO2 generator.
