Japanfreak told you what went wrong, you don't know how to grow. He is right, you don't need to know how to increase your yields, you need to learn how to grow.
He also gave you great advice, pick a style (all are quite good and can yield around the same amount as each other if you know how) and learn about it (find a guru). That's the only way you can do it.
Choosing a different way to suck at growing isn't going to get you any more bud.

You need to learn the basics. Like PH, nutes, soil mix, hydro, lights, light distance, ventilation, temperature, humidity, feeding and watering schedules, training, trimming, topping, and much more.. If you don't know the basics, you can choose to use SOG, SROG, LST, whatever. You're still not going to get any good yields.. The styles of growing aren't magic, they are preferences. The magic is knowledge, you're recreating a natural environment for the plants, it's got to be quite accurate, or you're going to fail.

If you ask a question, and someone points out what you're doing wrong, don't get mad at them. Thank them, cause now you know what you're doing wrong. Then ask them how you can do it right. Being a little douche nozzle isn't a good way to get people to help you.

I do under stand I have a long way to go at the same time I also feel that a have a good base of what and how to plant. The way some people go about things on RIU are rude as this is a site for helping others and were all here for the same thing. As far as help yea I'd love it but not in a demeaning way no one needs that, anyway back to what I really only care about on here, I have been checking and reading a lot and feel that I had most but maybe not all the basic down I was in soil with my ph maintained thru-out my grow at 6.5 ish would jump a .20- or + here and there Checked it every time I watered! As far as my nute I was using 1 tsp for half gallon per plant every other watering and that was fox farm big bloom for flowering. Had a temp at 70 to 75 at moat with fan blowing around the room when the light was on no light leaks when lights where off but did shut the fan off, both lights and fan where on a timer so was always on time with that. I didn't do really any trimming or topping cause I didn't feel I had a really good grasp on it at the time it u check other post of mine you can see my plants from what if seen I didn't think they looked that bad at just didn't look full. The only thing I could think of and no no excuses as i had a great time growing and experiencing this was I didn't know what there were and after I took clones from them in flowering, the clones started to flower also so I thought that maybe they were an auto ?? And with the light on a 12/12 that's why the yield ? Please check my pics on my other posts I'm on my iPad and can't get my pics on this post. I would love and greatly appreciate all the help I can get, maybe I really did a lot wrong but I thought I was on track and did lots of reading and checked every thing a bunch didn't just throw some dirt and seeds together and see what happened,

It's all good man, I know how frustrating it can be.. My first grow, I got maybe 12 - 15 grams too.. But that was years ago, now I know what I was doing wrong. At the time I thought I was doing everything right.
It's all good though, start again, new.. Japanfreak posted a nice DWC tutorial, linked in this thread.. Check it out, I am on my first DWC grow, and it's quite easy. The plants are growing way better than they ever did in dirt.
Also with Bagseed you never know what your get, they could be a very quick strain, with short flowering times. Maybe autoflowering. Some people grow sea of green in little red party cups just to get as much as they can as quick as they can for selling. If this is the case, the strain would want to flower fast, and finish fast. The yield would be low, but with a strain like that, you would have as many plants as you could pack in the grow space. That's how they get the yields.

If you can, order some good quality seeds online, or if you come over the border to BC, come to vancouver seed bank and buy them over the counter. Northern lights, god bud strains and Kush strains are quite easy to grow and very forgiving..

Yea I did just order some strains from attitude ive got northern lights, kandy kush, ak48, and white widow so will see I do what to go up to BC I know you can buy right over the counter there I live about 2 -3 hours from Vancouver BC one day I'll talk the old lady into it

I did I thought I would be harvesting pounds the nodes where tight and @ 6' they would have... outdoors I had six 6fter's under 1 400W MH. I would have turned out with a bunch of minni popcorn fluffy unfinished buds and the tops would have been burnt I'm sure it would've been more depressing then.

Mrgeengrower, I looked through some of your previous post at your pics and couldn't find one that showed your whole setup maybe you could help a brother help you and point me in the right direction?

bro thats pissweak 10g for 400w hps. Germinate new seeds, have a couple of motherplants ,use clones in sog. you will get better (cant get much worse) and potentially with exp u can get 5-10 lb a year with that light and sog.
