Ideas on Ducting Two Tents with 1 Carbon Filter

Wow, its been a while since Ive posted here!

Well now that my bonsai mums are comming up to 6 months old, I'm looking to start flowering. Problem is I'm moving house to another city for Uni, and have never met the person I'm going to be living with! I can't decide on the full course of action I'm going to take here as I need to move in first, so just looking for a collective on ideas.

Basically my mums are in a 1.2x0.9x1.8m tent with a 250w 65k CFL, the tents overkill for them so I'm thinking about getting a small tent for them and using the big one for flowering. So far the 2 mums, not even 1.5ft tall, are able to stink out my whole house (caaaaaaant wait to flower some of that shit).

Due to cost restrictions i can only get 1 carbon filter, they are really cheap here.

Whats gonna be the best way to run two tents with one carbon filter? I know that my biggest problem is that the air pressures gunna wanna take the shortest path of flow.

I was thinking get 2 inline fans (these"http://sog.shopau.biz/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=46&products_id=212") one for each tent, have these at the start of each duct, then in the large tent have a carbon filter (this http://sog.shopau.biz/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=23&products_id=1207) with a y pipe on it to take both fans.

Or am I better off getting one larger fan and pulling through both tents with that? And how do i figure out what size carbon filter i'd need?

Cost is a factor here, and things round my ways aint cheap!

Cheers for any input:joint:

get a 6 or 8 in fan, to pull it through both tents, take the exhaust of one tent to the intake of the other tent
its not the ideal way especially if you have humidity or mildew issues. but i would go in sequence from flowering tent to veg tent(with filter) then out the window, to keep humidity levels optimal in both tents

Build a dank box for your filter (canfilter75 with a maxfan 8") build a box for your filter out of wood or use a trashcan.

This is actually very easy.

My filter is hanging under the floor attached to the end of the exhausting duct.
One fan, cooling 1000w 2 600 watters and scrubbing the air.

I run 4" ducting from all 3 of my tents. All 3 ducts go into a cardboard box. Then I use 1 filter and 1 6" fan to scrub that box.
