not really...there will be less nutes because there is less pre-nuted soil ,,but that wont stop the nutes that are still there from affecting your seedlings...
you should be able the find some soil that is called a seedling mix...and has no nutes added

im talking about nutes that are in the soil when i buy it,www.agriferma.ro/pdf/substrat/substrate_tc4.pdf - this is the weakest soil that i can find in my country, there is one domestic brand that has less nutes but its not treated against disease and fungus so i dont want to risk that every time

id really apreciate you taking a look at these and giving me some advice

heres the domestic brand soil

If it's the weakest you could find, then it will have to do, won't it? 50% perlite might be a little much, though. I see most people do 3:1 or 4:1(soil : perlite). Too much perlite might make the soil not retain much water. Hold off for advice from someone that can confirm this, as I'm not 100% sure here.

I don't feel you can have too much perlite. It won't hold as much water, but is that a prob? You will have to water more often, but also makes flushing quicker and easier.

That soil doesn't look that 'hot'.
For just seedlings, try just flushing out the soil beforehand a couple times if you feel its hot.

Disinfecting stinks up the house. But someone mentioned using boiling water instead of baking. But would need a LOT of boiling water. (but maybe not so much for a few seedling cups worth)

But I'd disinfect on the BBQ grill, at least its outside.
