If I put a plant 6 weeks into flowering back outside, what will happen?

I have a plant that just started her 6th week of flowering. In a small closet grow with a 150watt hps light. I was wanting to know what would happen if I placed her outside too let her finish under natural sunlight? Would she finish or start to re-veg? She has about 3 weeks of flowering before she is done.

it would start to reveg unless you moved it to darkness after 12 hours. from here on out not more than 12 hours of light a day and you will be good, doesnt matter where the light comes from

I agree with Green... but also keep in mind that the sun is stronger than your hps, you could get some bleaching if you put the plant directly out, that could be stressful for her. I would give it a few hours a day and work up to all day if that's what you choose to do.

ok thank you. I was just thinking outdoors the sunlight is stronger than my 150watt hps. So the buds on my plant would grow alittle more since the light would be stronger.

Exactly. If you do this only do it for about 30-45 minutes at a time to harden them off. My plants go out in the sun on weekends to save electricity. Just be careful, not to go over that 12 hours.

Edit: They will also get the benefit of some UBV light. :)
