I would rec 90 to 120 watt Vero29/CXB3590 4000K Thru quality optics and stay away from the KIND or you might be having issues like this in 11months or so.
KIND grows very good smoke,but the Cons just outweigh the pros to much. I also rec to do your research before buying.

Wow that sucks... Did they replace the unit for you? So basically you're suggesting I build my own rig?

I'm not a handyman so i wanted to buy Led light assembled. I would like a led light for flowering in a box of 1 square meter ( 3.28 foot on 3.28 foot).
Somebody tell me that this seller have good lamps : Todogrowled. I just wanted if you know this lamp ? If you have any other good lamp companies or any advices, i'm more than interesseted !

Hard saying without a data sheet but my best guess is no. You are going to want a driver that exceeds your required wattage, not less. If you are running the cxa's at 42v and 1300ma you need 42*1.3=54.6 watts. Multiply that times two to power both with one driver.

450 watt led for $88?? Sounds like a scam, even homemade you couldn't build a 450 true watt led that cheap. Get the t-5's and 3-4 150 watt white light LED floods (at the right spectrum colors, s), I use LED floods myself for supplemental lighting, the plants love them in flower, I nest them right in the middle of my plants even or set them in any dark corners. Best of all you can just keep adding and move them around where you need them.

If you want something thats going to be pretty solid but you absolutely want to avoid building one, you could also look into finding a used LED bay light (bay lights are overheads for warehouses or for sports stadiums. phillips and sylvania make great LED bay lighting...end even agriculture ones).

Recently got back on here. I've been doing a bit of reading on COB LEDs(and LED in general) and it had me interested.
It seems everyone just builds their own DIY style. Nothing wrong with that. I've just never been much of a electrical DIY'er. So I started looking at a few COB style models offered by a few companies. I stumbled upon a place nearby that seems alright. What do you guys think?

Also would customizing the spectrum on one of these be beneficial? I would be using it a supplemental lighting alongside a HPS

Less than 80 lumen per watt

When members of this form use the word COB we are almost exclusively referencing vero 18-29 and Cree CXB 3070/3590
Anything other than that stay away from it.
