If you lived in Prince George, B.C. and could choose any strain for outdoor?

I would like to know what strains could pull a reliable, respectable harvest of premium outdoor in a damp and stormy northern latitude.
Strains would have to be those currently available on the world market.
UhOh! I screwed up, I was thinking Prince Rupert!....... It's only been 20 years..........

Interesting area..I think Semi Autos will perform nicely for you.
OK when it comes to auto's Ive always been a bit of a "Hater". I dont like the idea of a plant that cant be cloned. Kind of like owning a gelding, even if (especially if) it's the most awsome one you ever had, If it cant breed (propagate) what good is it in the long run?
The second "bitch" that I've got is that I associate it with ruderalis, which I associate with hemp, rope or ditchweed.

Now I'm a logical man and I understand that reputable seed companies are not likely wasting time breeding rope.

I'm hoping maybe you can set me strait on the benefits and what to expect from modern autoflowering strains.

Another argument would be that since I cant clone it I would have to buy seeds, which would be quite expensive to grow say 29 plants. I suppose someone has probably feminized them too by now.
I guess a person would have to do a grow and pollinate it in order to get a respectable quantity of seeds.....

So, please lay it on me! I can take it.
What strains and why?
I like to be convinced to change my mind once in a while.

I would look at some breeders at hemp depot. They have a lot of Canadian breeders on there site, and some of there strains would be perfect for you. I would look at Freezeland, Manitoba Meds, and check out the breeders Great White North, Cad/ N am, and Smoke A lot I think you will find exactly what you need on there. If posting the breeders and stuff is against the rules on this forum I apologize!

I mentioned Growin' SEMI autos(Light sensitive strains).
I'm @ 53L Alberta..Frost hits hard in Sept18th.
I had a problem with wasting money & valuable time on autos seeds years ago. Eventually I located new strains well suited for my needs.
1st I sow 10-20 seeds indoors, keep the best mothers for production and transplant outdoors. Later that same season we start another batch of seeds in search of the best productive male for breeding. After harvest extract the seeds and continue the cycle.
P.S Definitely no ruseralis in these strains

Thank you for the information, I believe I now know exactly what I needed. I did some reading and understand the SEMI-auto aspect and it is exactly what I was looking for.
The weather is cold and wet =) as usual. Prince Rupert is quite a beautiful place. I am actually a bit inland from the coast and south of there, I just needed to express the type of conditions I would be facing in an outdoor grow.
Cold and wet and mandatory early harvest.
Thanks again.

Here's another one to consider, Sannie's indica gear almost has to be grown outdoors anyways...unless you have a LOT of room indoors. I'm doing herijuana indoors at the moment, it prefers to grow out rather than up...when crowded it will stretch. I'm looking forward to trying their gear in-ground, it's a shortie that can take a beating. The herijuana is finishing fast, when they said 7-8 weeks they meant it.
