Will my sentence really be that different if i were busted with 30 plants instead of 4 or 8? I mean if im taking the chance i might as well go all out, no? I have a whole house to myself and plenty of cash to invest. And I dont have guest. My momma is a low odor fast finishing beast of a thing. So what do you think?

Be greedy and fill up the whole house or be conservative and keep everything confined to one locked bedroom then gradually get bigger? I'm on my third grow. Later.

That's your call. What ever you think you can safely get away with. Yes, the difference as far as charges go isn't much different from 1 to 9 plants or so. If you have above 10 I think it's a different charge that is more severe. It's that way in my state anyway. There is always the weight factor also. I think that having more than a certain predetermined number of plants is indicative of intent to distribute and more than personal use no matter what the weight. So you're going to get that charge, on top of a manufacturing charge. That kind of law varies from state to state, and sometimes county to county depending where you are.

Well, is your room your currently growing in at full capacity? how many other rooms are there to work with now? have a basement? whats BIG to you? doubling up? or doing 10x?

I read his thread 3 times and I still don't see anything illegal. For all we know he is looking to supply his local farmers market with fresh grown veggies. Not sure what he meant by "busted"...you can't get arrested for growing house plants.

If it was me I would grow enough veggies to keep me and my friends kitchens full. More than that things can get a little crazy.

there aint no cops on this forum. if some one is looking to bust all of us farmers, it certainly isn't going to be a municipal(town) cop or even city cop. that falls under the feds and i can guarantee you renyman, if the fed were looking to bust you n i, they wouldn't be talking to us and asking questions about your setup and how your day has been. they'd be busting in the motherfuckin door and kicking your shit to the ground. stay frosty;but no need to be worried about police here. let the happy growings continue!

Interesting comment-"no cops." :-? But I think your theory makes sense all the way. I always check for "busted" threads, and there really isn't any. :leaf:
