Well this is officially the most gangster grow with 2 CFL's i've ever seen!

She looks like shes thirsty! You might wanna start low dose nutes every other watering real low for now though.

Those may be new growth but look like un-pistilated female pre-flowers
Or atleast thats what my girl looked like. ... .. you should see hairs soon.

I'll watch.
Get some more lights. .. .. i know the sit. but you need to so, don't buy a pack of smokes, or a dub sack, or vagina and get some lights... . .She'll thank you for it!

The reason i say you need more light is because they get real big in flower. Mine is now 54" in a 10" pot. I have 400w HPS and i still needed CFL's on the side for lower bud sites.

looks good, but you need more bulbs. at this point i would consider trimming the undergrowth and concentrating the plant's growth on the cola and upper buds only. that way u can use 3-4 bulbs effectively. i think the going consensus around is 1-2" from the plant.

she looks healthy tho, good job!

i've cloned flowering plants before, they just took longer and needed more attention. if you decide to trim, u may as well try to clone some of the clippings. As far as trimming goes, I would lose the bottom 1/3 of the plant over a week or two, and then continue trimming excess lower bud sites that aren't likely to get much light. why waste the plants resources allowing it to make flowers that won't get much light? help it concentrate on the top cola and the upper budsites that will receive most of your light.

You'll get smoke either way. It's a choice you have to make. I don't care to fuss with flowering plants too much myself. if you dont trim it, give it as many lights as possible.

I'll concider trimming, but you see how the lower branches are coming up for the light? what is wrong with that?

they reach for the light like that when they need more. if you can provide enough, then everything is dandy. the real target here is that all of your major bud sites should be within 1-2" of a cfl bulb. that would optimize your energy to plant ratio. The intensity of light that a cfl produces falls off after a couple inches. that's why your nodes are spaced so far apart. your plant has been stretching to get closer to the light.

it'll be fine if you don't trim it, just try to get as many bulbs as possible within an inch or two of the buds, especially the top cola!

have fun!

no closer than 4" if U dont wanna burns ur buds...that also gives the most even light distribution.

and yes U can clone in flowering. I do it every grow. but only the lower buds, the ones that arent gonna produce anything on their own anyways.

Ive taken clones as late as 9 weeks into flowering, before harvest. but I only did that once, the others were taken much earlier, or after re-vegging the plant.

it doesnt take much longer to root, but it will grow 3 bladed leaves like U see on the buds. it does that for the first few nodes, then it goes back to the normale 5 and 7 bladed leaves. if U have rooting hormone and the space/light then Id say go for it. just watch the humdity bcuz its really easy for the clones with bud on them to mold or rot.
