grow journal is just pretty much your thread, keep updating it with pictures and how old it is, and any questions/problems.

Here they are! ENJOY! I do however, have a question on one of the pics. How can I fix what is happening on the LAST picture? It also appears on a few of the other leaves if you notice. I would really like to fix this one.

Sorry , Havent added pics in forever even though i said I was gonna that night. Just got back from the store and picked up some rooting solution, some organic soil, and a 42w softwhite , all this totalling about $20. I'm going to attempt and take clones either tonight or tommorow. Will be full of pictures.

Alright.. Got it all done, PLEASE tell me what you think and if I can improve anything within a tightass budget. I'm definatley going to get more lights eventually. I used the scarification method found in the faq. I also picked up some miracle grow organic soil. I mixed with about 30-40% perilite. I'm going to try and get some saran wrap to put over the box sometime soon, its funny I dont have any. Neways, heres teh pix. I'm so nervous but excited for this :D

good luck with the rootin man! did you cut off most of the bottom leaves when you took the clones? looks like you've got a lot of leaves coming off the top, but should be all good, i kno clipping half off of em helps root faster so i've been told. worked for me 8 for 8 when i did it with mine, well i didn't do it with all of em, so maybe 4 for 4, the other 4 rooted too haha, so i dunno. back to the start, good luck!

Yeah I clipped them in half after i took the pics... so far they are looking good, what times do they usually root?

I think one of them may have rooted, 1 died... and the other i'm not sure.. I dug it up and saw no roots, but i re-applied rooting powder to see if it will take. Anyways, i'm currently on a 18/6 cycle and the mother plant is looking pretty good now that I cut HALF of it down. More resources going to the secondary branch, which is now the main one.

Out of curiosity, what would switching the lights to 12/12 do to the development of the clones? They would still gain some height right? I've heard of people doing 12/12 from seed, whats the average height they gain?

The white rhino I am cutting now was flowered from clones. The plants still grew over 3 feet tall.

gah, too bad none of them rooted.. i checked. I gave them 9 days and nothing. so I decided that I will just flower this plant out... then when its all done, start fresh from seedlings.
