Haha, yes, exactly what you were thinking, I know!
WORMBINS!

The world needs more wormbin pix!
I love my wormbin! My worms are so happy I want to show the whole wide world! 8-)

So here's mine, after feeding yesterday.

I got busy so I hadn't prepared the bedding, which came on today. 2 hours later, the worms were already exploring the newly added material (taking a stroll between meals downstairs).

The thing I do, is presoak the leaves, partially shredded and mixed with cardboard and fine woodchips that are my bedding before adding it in ;)
Oh and yeah, the green was an egg carton, it has a great consistency, and apparently the colors are plant-based. I only saw the slug on the pic actually, it's getting beheaded and thrown back in, buried a bit vs. smell.

So now!! show me yours haha
Whatever your make or bedding or setup!
Cheers! :bigjoint:

Was experimenting with using this tuffbox but had issues with ants taking over. It kept my lab out though. Ill try again next springView attachment 3858734

shit it's hard to tell the depth, but that looks damn near perfect for an inside wormbin, could put that lil guy under the counter top, or under a sink, and put a thin layer of peat on top and nobody would be the wiser
no smell no nada

Well that's too bad, I have mine in the kitchen, it does have a wooden lid that goes on top so I can use the space for other things too, but that's it. no smells
